He/she will lead triage on Security Incidents with stakeholders, internal team and technology partners He/she will be primarily responsible for handling Level 2 Support for incident, Problem and Service Request and will assist and guide Security Operations Analyst level 1 in resolving incidents and providing timely status updates. He/she will lead the Implement changes in accordance with Change Management Protocols.

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience on the following:
    • Cybersecurity Operations and Monitoring
    • Advanced Persistent Threats (APT), phishing and social engineering, network access, controllers, anti-malware and enhanced authentication.

The SOC lead will be responsible for Security Operation Center (SOC) tactical and day-day operations. He/she will provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices. He/she will lead Incident Response (IR) and triage support when analysis confirms actionable incident.
