The APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT is tasked to design, develop and implement business intelligence, web applications and testing tools or solutions to address the business requirements of enterprises in the Philippines. The successful applicant will undergo special training on the latest business intelligence tools, web applications and testing tools on products by well-known companies like IBM, Microsoft, and HP regularly. They will be tasked to develop a specialization on at least one of the above solutions. They will handle product support with development or programming support for business intelligence products, web applications, and software testing tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The APPLICATION CONSULTANT for ServiceNow is tasked to design, develop and implement ServiceNow to address the business requirements of enterprises in the Philippines. The successful applicant will undergo special training and will be tasked to develop a specialization in specific ServiceNow applications and will be expected to handle both product implementations and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least six (6) credit hours, or
-Demonstrated ability to contribute in a work environment

The APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ENGINEER acts as the first line support on all internal corporate applications and database requirements. They are responsible for the development and/or modification of CRM modules, business intelligence reports, database reports, and portal pages.

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Security Services is responsible for driving business growth for the Managed Security and Cybersecurity services of Nexus Orion. The role is also responsible for maintaining partnerships with principals, look for avenue to promote Nexus Orion branding (such as events or conferences), productization of new cybersecurity services and assist the Head in exploring greenfield areas of security for the business. The BDM must also be on the look for new security and technology trends that may present growth opportunities for Nexus Orion business.
The BDM – Security Services will have opportunity to grow their understanding with both security technologies and services, earn security industry certifications to improve cybersecurity knowledge and finally develop better overall business management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER 1 – Professional Service will be responsible for monitoring, day-to-day platform administration and analysis of security incidents in relation to assigned technology platform on-site or off-site customer’s premises. They must be able to analyze all available information including logs, network traffic and all other data emanating from security systems in place to determine the existence of security breaches and all other related incidents. They will ensure all security systems are up to date in terms of software and hardware changes. They will plan & document all data and information relating to the security platform being handled.

The Cyber Security Engineer 1 – Professional Service will have opportunity to grow security career, attend trainings and earn security certifications (Comptia, EC Council, ElearnSecurity, Offensive Security, SANS, ISC2, Technology specific etc) whether project based or regular security. Learn advance security skills including Incident Response, Forensics, Threat hunting and other cyber security technologies.

The DATA ENCODER (PROJECT-BASED) is responsible for sorting and processing of data. They will maintain the database by entering new and updated customer and account information. They will handle all administrative data tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

The END-USER (EU) CARE | HELP DESK ENGINEER will perform tasks indicated/included in the Service Contract/Agreement between the client and Nexus Technologies, Inc. They will be responsible in providing technical support and assistance on the phone or remotely related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

The MANAGED SECURITY SERVICE ENGINEER 2 is responsible for implementation of security technologies for Managed Security projects. They will also serve as security platform Subject Matter Expert and provide assistance to Security Operations Center as needed. Part of their secondary role is to help drive pre-sales activities to customers as support to service architects. The Managed Security Service Engineer works together with the Service architect to validate and ensure technical soundness, feasibility of proposed design and project activities.
The role will have an opportunity to develop skills on different security platform, learn optimization techniques and earn top security certifications.

The PRODUCT MANAGER promotes Nexus through building good rapport with clients and manages the relationship with Nexus customers. They accomplish this with a sales/marketing program that consists of establishing the needs of the customer, business analysis, contacting key personnel of the account and maintaining the business relationship with them. They are responsible for over-all execution of transactions from booking to final payment of account.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The PRODUCT SPECIALIST for the specified products promotes the sales of their product line through the Account Managers. They accomplish this with a marketing program that includes product knowledge and awareness; market analysis and identification of target accounts, sectors, and industries; and product promotion and pre-sales product support. The Product Specialist may also initiate direct sales initiatives where it warrants and serves company interest.

The SECURITY OPERATIONS ENGINEER 1 will be responsible for monitoring, day-to-day platform administration and analysis of security incidents in relation to assigned technology platform on-site or off-site customer’s premises. They must be able to analyze all available information including logs, network traffic and all other data emanating from security systems in place to determine the existence of security breaches and all other related incidents. They will ensure all security systems are up to date in terms of software and hardware changes. They will plan & document all data and information relating to the security platform being handled.

The Security Operations Engineer will have opportunity to grow security career, attend trainings and earn security certifications.
The SECURITY OPERATIONS ANALYST (SOC) will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and analyzing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the information assets. They must be able to analyze all available information including logs, network traffic and all other data emanating from all security systems in place to determine the existence of anomalies, security breaches and all other related security incidents. They will coordinate triage with stakeholders on security alerts. They will ensure all security systems are up-to-date in terms of software and hardware changes. They will plan & document all data and information relating to security including physical security.
The SOC analyst will have opportunity to grow security career, earn advance security certifications (e.g. SANS/GIAC, Elearning Security, ISC2 , Offensive Security, Comptia certifications and more) and learn advance security skills such as SIEM, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Malware Reverse Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Attacker Tactic & Techniques and other security technologies.

The SENIOR SECURITY OPERATIONS ANALYST (SOC) will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and analyzing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the information assets. They must be able to analyze all available information including logs, network traffic and all other data emanating from all security systems in place to determine the existence of anomalies, security breaches and all other related security incidents. They will coordinate triage with stakeholders on security alerts and perform Incident Response and Forensics if needed.
They will coach and mentor Junior Analysts in performing routine SOC tasks and be able to lead new SOC initiatives. They will be in charge of managing assigned shifts.
The Senior SOC analyst will have opportunity to grow security career, earn advance security certifications (e.g. SANS/GIAC, Elearning Security, ISC2 , Offensive Security, Comptia certifications and more) and learn advance security skills such as SIEM, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Malware Reverse Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Attacker Tactic & Techniques and other security technologies.

The NETWORK OR SECURITY ENGINEER will be exposed to the leading technologies in security, and networking including packet and session analysis, intrusion prevention systems, and network applications analysis, and capacity planning. They will specialize in either network management and support, or security systems on shown abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The SYSTEMS ENGINEER (MS SECURITY) will be tasked to recognize opportunities, make recommendations, explain and position business and enterprise class Security solutions. They will solve business needs with supported product lines and solutions. They will be responsible in planning, designing and deploying emerging Security solutions within specialty area. Integration, hands-on planning, implementation, documentation and support of solutions will also be their area of concern.

The TECHNICAL PRE-SALES CONSULTANT will assist sales in delivering technical presentations, addressing technical queries of clients, doing proof-of-concepts, implementation, and maintenance support.
